We are excited to spotlight Abraham Lamoreaux, a student in the BYU Information Systems program!
Abraham has had an incredible year, gaining valuable experience as both an entrepreneur and a Risk and Operations Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Through the BYU Sandbox program, he has been building Rudi, a startup inspired by his summer experiences and a passion for simplifying complicated legal processes. Reflecting on the program, Abraham emphasized the value of mentorship in launching his entrepreneurial journey:
- Developing Rudi with the support of the Sandbox program
- Gaining insights into the challenges and opportunities of entrepreneurship
- Pursuing a mission to improve others’ experiences with legal processes

- Automating a monthly report on capital variance as part of a group project
- Creating a dashboard to analyze and manage his team’s email inflow
- Excelling in a fast-paced environment with daily reconciliation tasks
