While Kennedy was at BYU, she served as the Executive Director and Vice President of the Student Association. She is praised for her leadership and communication skills by her colleagues. After Graduating from BYU in 2019 with her Bachelor's degree in Communications, she got a job with Qualtrics as a recruiting specialist. Over the last 4 years, she has been promoted several times and is now a technical recruiter. Here's what she has to share about her time with Qualtrics:

I love when my phone prompts me to remember life moments by highlighting old photos. I was recently reminded of when I started at Qualtrics 4 years ago! Check out these eager photos of my first day on the job and my first trip to Seattle for training!
Reflecting on these photos allowed me to take stock of some important lessons I have learned along the way!
✨ Learning to Adapt in an Everchanging Landscape: In the last 4 years, Qualtrics has gone through amazing milestone moments that have allowed me to step outside my comfort zone. This has meant learning to adapt to new challenges quickly, a willingness to be patient and scrappy in the face of ambiguity, and reframing problems into opportunities for impact and ownership.
💡 Nurturing a Learning Mindset: I am very lucky to have a team and managers that have shown me what a learning culture looks like. Allowing me to make investments in professional development, mentorship, and challenging growth opportunities has been instrumental in shaping my career.
