Information Systems Network and Hardware ManagerEmployee is responsible for Primary Responsibilities listed below; however, tasks may be shared with the expectation of knowing how to help others on the IT team with their assigned duties. EDUCATIONAL AND/OR PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 4 years’ experience preferred. Microsoft certification preferred.Primary Responsibilities: 1) Installing, configuring, designing, maintaining Center's network equipment (switches, wireless equipment, VOIP phone system, video conferencing system, fax services, servers, wide area network connections and equipment, cabling, internet connections, and work with Managed Service Provider (MSP) vendors that have specific expertise for each area. 2) Have basic knowledge of VMWare, Microsoft server OS, Office 365, current Windows OS, Sophos Endpoint protection. 3) Installing, configuring, upgrading center pcs, printers, scanners and copiers. This would include initial pc setup for clone image, pc deployment imaging, specific user config and deployment to user workspace 4) installing troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, changes, and providing solutions for functionality for all center equipment. 5) Interfaces with communication providers to ensure reliability and functionality of service lines and contracts. 6) Provides user support for all equipment and network issues. 7) Approval of equipment maintenance contracts through Business Manager or the EC. 8) Removal or recycling of old center equipment to ensure no center information is leaked, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. 9) Participate in recommendations for IT budgeting. 10) Special projects related to hardware, as assigned. 11) Ability to lift 50 – 75 lbs. Cross Train and Support: 1) Installing, configuring, designing, maintaining Center's firewall and liaison with MSP 2) Installation of software and updating version releases and system upgrades, and ensure performance of system backups and recovery when necessary and liaison with MSP. 3) Maintenance of database servers and files including ensuring data integrity and security. Also includes servers associated with Electronic Medical Record (EMR). 4) Administers, maintains, develops, and implements policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of company Information Systems and EMR, including liaison and project management with EHR systems vendor and MSP. 5) Resolves software performance issues, etc. 6) Maintenance of software licensing compliance. 7) Approval of software maintenance contracts through business manager or the EC. 8) Participates in recommendations for IT budgeting. 9) Participates in helpdesk issues and supervises helpdesk operations to ensure user issues are getting resolved. 10) assist with overseeing encounter submission and return file error resolution and client eligibility Edi processing and participating in State Edi meetings. 11) assist with state data submission, error correction and data changes due to ongoing state requirements. 12) Work with outside programmers on changes to either Encounter submission or state data submission changes. 13) assist with data reports for MLR, HSAG, OQ, State and Federal audits including taking part in audit meetings and follow up response. 14) assist with ad-hoc reports for internal queries regarding EMR data or phone data. 15) Participate in state PDC committee. 16) Other special projects related to software, as assigned, such as automated subcontractor services and billing. 17) Maintain a clean and organized workspace.OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND EXPECTATIONS:Knowledge of confidentiality and ability to maintain strict compliance with confidentiality of all client and Center sensitive information.Effective oral and written communication skills.Knowledge of the principles & practices of programming and the ability to use them in a mental health agency.Teaming skills for effective and cooperative interoffice relations.Experience and proficiency with accounting software.Computer literacy and skills for operation of automated medical records, email, scheduling, etc. Timeliness with schedule, including general whereabouts, arrival to work, and attendance at meetings.Document exact and "to the minute" for billings and time sheet entries.Positive attitude related to job expectations, supervision, Center policies and procedures, etc.Ability to behave ethically and to understand and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients and staff.Conduct expected tasks in a safe manner, uphold Center safety policies, and report perceived safety issues to appropriate sources.Flexible hours to meet client and Center needs including night and early morning hours.Position Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hrs/weekPosition Location: Center facilities in Cache, Rich and Box Elder countiesPosition Wage: $79,934.00/yr - $89,622.00/yrFull and Excellent benefits.
